We are your team
We are Knowmads Teammasters: Pamela, Diego, Cecilia, Eugenia, and Adolfo, a team that supports your growth. We want to help you explore your potential as a knowmad, someone who can better understand their value, broaden their perspective, build alliances, speak up, and navigate a changing world with greater freedom.
That's why we've designed a comprehensive, inclusive, supportive, and challenging mentoring experience, where your career plan, training, and development are developed collaboratively, both seriously and playfully. Here, you push your limits without doing it alone. And that translates into concrete results: greater clarity, more confidence, more action, and new opportunities for your career and professional life.

Entrepreneurship and career paths | Development and retraining | Talent management, selection and recruitment | Artificial intelligence | Innovation
I believe that lifelong learning is about acquiring knowledge, but above all, developing the skills to speak up, build networks for exchange, and cultivate supportive, challenging, and enjoyable environments. This conviction led me to found Toastmasters Montevideo, the first club in the country, and later other spaces for corporate talent development. It also inspired my work at Knowmads, building bridges between Latin America, Europe, and the United Kingdom to bring together opportunities for training, collaboration, and career development. For over a decade, I have been a partner and Director of Grupo Pértiga.
From that intersection between communication, talent development and innovation, I have worked as a consultant, mentor and project designer for individuals and organizations, including at INEFOP the development of educational-labor guidance solutions assisted by artificial intelligence to promote upskilling and reskilling processes.
I am a Human Resources Specialist for Quality (UNIT), Master in Media and International Development from the University of East Anglia as a Chevening scholar, postgraduate in Communication Strategies, Bachelor of Science in Communication and a technician in advertising graphic design

Digital experience | Project management | Audiovisual communication | Innovation | Collaboration
I firmly believe that technology should be a bridge, not a barrier, to expand the impact of projects and human collaboration. My purpose is to ensure that every participant feels seen and supported throughout their journey, transforming data into meaningful connections. To achieve this, I apply a systemic management methodology and operational agility that guarantees seamless and frictionless processes. As Guardian of the Digital Experience, I lead the architecture and maintenance of the CRM, safeguarding every touchpoint so that KTM translates into a transformative, fluid, human, and excellent digital experience.
I have a degree in Communication (UDELAR), specializing in digital and audiovisual media. I have experience in innovation projects. Currently, I coordinate the Communication and Marketing area at YMCA and am a Senior Project Manager at Grupo Pértiga.

Adolfo Folle
Public speaking | Leadership and confidence | Methodology | Collaborative leadership | Training
My experience at the North Sydney Toastmasters Club in Australia was transformative and reinforced a key belief of mine: it is alongside others, helping each other, that our best selves emerge. I am convinced that developing soft skills is one of the most powerful factors for professional growth.
With a background in commercial and international environments, today I promote Knowmads Teammasters: spaces where practice, feedback and reflection help people gain clarity, question their path and move forward with a focus on building their professional model.

Designer
María Eugenia Brin
Visual communication design | UX/UI |
content development
I have a degree in Visual Communication Design from FADU (UdelaR), with training in Product Management, UX/UI Design and Neuromarketing.
I understand design as a strategic tool for building meaning and making intentional decisions. My approach focuses on coherence and clarity: I work under the premise that "everything has to make sense," striving to ensure that brands tell a clear story where every element is designed to communicate in the same direction. My goal in each project is to create visual universes with continuity, ensuring that the identity remains strong and consistent across all formats.
Since 2018 I have been part of Grupo Pértiga, where I lead the identity design and execution of communication projects for national and international organizations committed to social change.
