We review your journey, your current situation and your next steps, and introduce you to the Teammasters method.
You receive a career and training roadmap that helps you focus, define goals, and plan your development. It can also serve as an admissions process for joining a team or starting a new career path.

You enter an initial journey, where we begin to practice the Teammasters method with guidance, feedback, team communication challenges, and 1:1 support.
To join, you need to have previously completed a 1:1 Starting Point, which allows us to define your starting point, your goals and your career and training plan, and which also serves as an admission and expectations alignment process.
